Peppered salami from Germany. Lightly smoked and cured pork salami coated with crushed black peppercorns. This is a bold and savoury salami perfect for topping on pizzas or creating the ultimate sub.

This also makes a great addition to your continental meat selection and charcuterie boards. Stock alongside our milano salami, chorizo and parma ham.

Ingredients

Pork, back fat, pepper, table salt, acid regulator, gucono-delta-lactone, edible gelatine, spices, glucose syrup, dextrose antioxidants: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, seasoning, preservative: Potassium sorbate, sodium nitrite, colouring agent: cochineal, smoke. 100g salami are made from 113 meat.
