Scrumptious saute potatoes cooked in duck fat and flavoured with thyme, smoked garlic and a pinch of sea salt for a classic, authentic flavour. Perfectly crispy on the outside and deliciously soft in the middle these are a great side dish with any of the Bistro Chef main dishes, or as a quick and easy accompaniment to a roast. Not suitable for vegetarians.
