British Food Fortnight – Olive’s Kitchen

it’s british food fortnight and we’re celebrating by showcasing the best the south west has to offer with a focus on our local producers.

today we’re focusing on olive’s kitchen.

Olive’s Kitchen are an independent family business producing gourmet frozen meals from their converted barn in Sherborne, Dorset. 

Founded by Charlie & Nikki Allhusen Olive’s Kitchen began life as a deli in 2013. However soon customers began asking them to make meals that they could then take home. Word spread and soon sales of these frozen meals exceeded their fresh sales. In 2016 the couple made the decision to close the deli and focus solely on Olive’s Kitchen. 

All of their meals are made using the best locally sourced ingredients and cooked by hand just as you would at home. The result is a gourmet home cooked meal with the ease and convenience of a ready meal but a whole lot nicer!
