Ann Forshaw established Alston Dairy on Bolton Ford Farm in 1980 using the skimmed milk left over from making cream. Ann started producing low fat fruit yogurts that were sweetened with apple juice and from there her yogurt empire was created! These creamy farmhouse yogurts are available in Blueberry & Pomegranate, Peach & Mango, Lemon Zest, Damson & Plum, St Clements Orange and Strawberry & Redcurrant.
