Starting out in the back of a small butchers shop in Devon, Chunk produce outstanding pies and pasties using local ingredients. Now with over 175 awards under their belt, they keeping proving themselves and with a desire of constantly wanting to provide the best pies and pasties about, we’re sure they’ll be adding to that number. Mature West Country mature cheddar cheese, lightly roasted potato chunks, with some onions and a few herbs added in ? a great and simple pasty. (They only use veg rennet in their cheese). Available Wrapped/ Deli Un-Wrapped/ Frozen Bake-Off.

Ingredients

Chunk Cheese and Onion pasty fill ( 50%) contains: Diced Potato (55%), Onion (28%), Mature Cheddar cheese (Vegetarian Rennet) (17%), Salt, Pepper, Mixed Herbs & Basil. Short Crust Pastry : Wheat flour, Water, Vegetable Shortening, Butter, lard, Salt. Glaze: Whole Egg.
