Starting out in the back of a small butchers shop in Devon, Chunk produce outstanding pies and pasties using local ingredients. Now with over 175 awards under their belt, they keeping proving themselves and with a desire of constantly wanting to provide the best pies and pasties about, we’re sure they’ll be adding to that number. Cheese and bacon crown, made with strong cheddar cheese, smoked bacon and onions, topped with a slice of tomato and wrapped in puff pastry.

Ingredients

Steak Pasty Fill (50%) contains : Potato (32%), British Beef (32%), onion, swede, potato starch, Beef Bouillon (beef extract, yeast extract, maltodextrin, salt, parsley salt, sugar, onion powder, salt, pepper), salt, vegetable bouillon (sugar, potato starch, mixed veg powder, onion Celery and parsley salt, dried parsley), black pepper. Short Crust Pastry : Wheat flour, Water, Vegetable Shortening, Butter, lard, Salt. Glaze: Whole Egg.
