Delphi is a family run business which throughout the years have pioneered the Greek and Cypriot food business in the UK. Being the first to commercially grow parsley and coriander and being the first to import Greek yogurt to the UK, they were able to create the products right here instead of importing them in. The smokiness from the chargrilled red peppers come through and works well with the gentle kick of harissa.
