Delphi is a family run business which throughout the years have pioneered the Greek and Cypriot food business in the UK. Being the first to commercially grow parsley and coriander and being the first to import Greek yogurt to the UK, they were able to create the products right here instead of importing them in. A Mexican inspired dip of avocado, coriander, lemon and a little kick of chilli.

Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed), Water, Lemon Juice (Concentrate Lemon Juice, Citric Acid, Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite), Cod Roe (Fish) (8.2%) (Cod Roe (Fish), Soya Flour, Salt, Sugar, Colouring: Carmine), Fine Bread Rusk (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine, Salt), Large Bread Rusk ((Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Salt, Raising Agent: Ammonium Carbonate), Onion Powder, Colouring (Beetroot Red), Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate), Garlic Powder (Garlic, Maltodextrin, Corn Starch).
