Local to the Southwest, this Devon Blue is made on the Sharpham Estate in Totnes. Made originally to mimic Roquefort cheese from France, this cheese now stands on its own. Fresian cows milk from the local South Hams is used in the production, which aids its moist, slightly crumbly texture and a clean, buttery depth of flavour.
