The authentic taste of a Double Gloucester. A firm textured cheese with a clean, mellow and slight buttery flavour. As the cheese matures stronger, nuttier flavours develop in the cheese and annatto is added to the milk during the cheesemaking process to produce its distinctive orange hue.
