Making around 70 tonnes of cheese a year, Sharpham is one of our popular local brands. Based right next to the river Dart, here in Devon, Sharpham have a wide variety of award winning cheeses. They use milk from their own Jersey cows and make all cheeses on site. Elmhirst is a triple cream cheese, using double cream and milk from dairy cows. When the cheese is 2-3 weeks old, its rich and mousse like, but when it develops its gooey and full bodied.
