Making around 70 tonnes of cheese a year, Sharpham is one of our popular local brands. Based right next to the river Dart, here in Devon, Sharpham have a wide variety of award winning cheeses. They use milk from their own Jersey cows and make all cheeses on site. The Rustic is one of their most popular cheeses which is semi hard, and has a light tang. With its bright golden colour, this cheese tastes as good as it looks.
