Description
In order for a cheese to be called Grana Padano or Parmesan it has to be produced according to traditional methods, one of these is the exclusive use of calf rennet. Although this cheese cannot legally be called parmesan it is still made to look and taste similar. A Grana Padano or parmesan style cheese made using vegetarian rennet, this cheese still retains its rich, sharp flavour and crumbly texture.
