The answer is surely yes! We supply a range of delicious continental meats which we cut, slice and pack in our dedicated cutting room. This means that we can cut to customer requirements* and ensure perfection with every pack.
Our continental meat selection includes everything you could need to stock up your fridges. Our salami selection includes the bestselling Milano salami as well as more full flavoured German varieties. The Milano has a subtle flavour but is wonderfully more-ish. Another continental meat bestseller is the Peppered salami from Germany. It definitely packs a punch combining lightly smoked pork with crushed black peppercorns.
Create your own meat platter!
We have everything you need to create your own continental meat platter. Alongside salami we also stock cured meats such as Chorizo and Prosciutto Parma ham.
Both of these are perfect on a continental meat platter. Combined with a selection of salami our chorizo is smokey, slightly spicy and oh so good. Our delicate prosciutto is salty and moreish with a distinctive sweet yet salty flavour.
We’ve done all the hard work for you and to create your own meat platter simply unpack, fold or layer the meat as required and serve! We would always recommend adding in some extras to your continental selection just to make it sing that little bit more. Add in some West Country Olives, our Cherry Stuffed Peppers, maybe some Sundried Tomatoes and even some cheese if you so choose! A Gouda or other mellow cheese will compliment the meat perfectly and you can turn this into a wonderful continental meat and cheese platter!
