Description
Barber have been in the cheese making game since 1833, from this they have a wealth of experience when it comes to cheddars. Using milk from cows that have grazed on the lush pastures of Somerset and Dorset, the West Country pumps proudly through their veins. One of the stronger cheeses from Barbers, the vintage is matured for 18 months which adds to its robust and powerful flavour. Just like any strong cheese, the body is brittle but it still retains its creamy texture.
