Barber have been in the cheese making game since 1833, from this they have a wealth of experience when it comes to cheddars. Using milk from cows that have grazed on the lush pastures of Somerset and Dorset, the West Country pumps proudly through their veins. The black wax cheddar is a 12 month mature cheese that’s rich and creamy. Delicious with fresh bread.
