Snowdonia Cheese Company takes its name from the national park where its based. Exporting nationally and internationally, these flavoured cheeses are sure to have something everyone will love. They are known for being cased in coloured wax to help distinguish their flavours. The dark purple wax oozes class and sophistication, just like the warming hints of port and brandy this cheese radiates. The Ruby Mist is definitely indulgent.
