West Country Olives were born out of a desire to produce great tasting olives. Using olives from around the Mediterranean, they marinate them in house with natural, local ingredients. This flavour is a bit of a firecracker. You get a whole array of flavours ranging from the sweetness from the blended garlic, which marries well with the gentle heat from the chilli flakes, followed buy the freshness from the parsley.
