today we’re shining a light on the Cornish Gouda Co.
The Cornish Gouda Co. was founded by Giel Spierings in 2012 on the family farm near Looe in Cornwall to try and make the farm more sustainable. The business is now thriving with the cheeses winning multiple awards over the years.
Cornish Gouda is made using milk from the farms own herd of cattle using traditional Dutch cheesemaking techniques. Every cheese is made by hand by Giel resulting in cheeses with unique profile and character. We stock the following varieties:
