We get asked a lot of questions here at Orchardlea Foods so we thought we’d put together a frequently asked questions page to help give some answers. Feel free read through the questions we get asked the most.
You can either pay via bacs, cash on delivery or over the phone. Please let us know your preference.
So this varies depending on where you’re based in relation to our regular delivery routes. Unfortunately this one is done on a case-by-case basis so you’ll have to get in touch with us to find out.
It’s Free! We are really pleased that we are able to offer completely free delivery as we use our own delivery vans.
You can either call us to place your order or send us an email. We are working on a system allowing you to order online but this is still in production.
We deliver all across the South West of England, please see our ‘Delivery’ page to view our exact routes. If you are outside of this area, please still get in touch to make absolutely sure.
Generally, we say orders must be placed by latest 1pm on the day before delivery. However the earlier you can get your orders to us, the better.
The answer on the whole is no. However certain ambient goods such as olives can be delivered via DHL on a case-by-case basis.
