MOUSE HOUSE CHEESES
The Mouse House Cheese Company was established in October 2018 by mother and daughter Erika and Mollie as a way of showcasing their traditional and contemporary cheeses.
From their family farm in Lincolnshire Erika and Mollie produce their cheddars, blue cheeses and flavoured waxed truckles using the best ingredients. We were intrigued to try stocking them after seeing their Christmas Pudding truckle online. We discovered that they produce a huge range of flavoured cheddar truckles which are perfect for your festive cheese selection including:

CORNISH CHEESE CO.
We have been stocking the Cornish Cheese Company Cornish Blue and Cornish Brie for a long time; but did you know that this year they launched two new cheeses: their Cornish Camembert and Extra Mature Cornish Cheddar which we have added to our festive cheese range!?
The Cornish Cheese Company was established by Philip and Carol Stansfield in 2001 when a slump in milk prices led to Philip taking the plunge and learning how to make cheese in order to diversify.
Cornish Blue is their signature cheese and made waves in 2010 when it was named Supreme Champion at the World Cheese Awards.
This was followed by the Cornish Nanny, a wonderfully rich blue goats cheese made to the same recipe as the Cornish Blue and then in 2021 the Cornish Brie followed by the Camembert in 2023.

SHEPHERD’S PURSE CHEESES
Shepherd’s Purse are family run producers of delicious artisan cheeses from Yorkshire.
Originally established by mum Judy Bell in the 1980’s, cheese production is now led by daughters Katie and Caroline who are committed to continuing their mother’s legacy and producing traditional cheeses from the family farm.
Shepherds Purse are best known for their blue cheeses – Yorkshire Blue and Harrogate Blue. The Yorkshire Blue is a creamy, sweet and mild cheese and a great introduction to blues if they aren’t normally your thing. It also recently won a Silver at the World Cheese Awards.
The Harrogate Blue is rich, creamy and buttery with a real depth of flavour. It was also recently named Best Blue Cheese at the Great British Food Awards.
These festive cheeses will both be available to order at the end of this month!
Yorkshire Blue 100g – Harrogate Blue 100g
SPECIALITY CHEESES
White Stilton with Luxury Fruit & Brandy is another new addition for this year. Decadently creamy white Stilton combined with dried fruit and subtle brandy undertones resulting in Christmas pudding flavours.
White Stilton with Strawberries & Champagne is another throwback to last Christmas. A creamy and fruity cheese; this one is a bit lighter and full of more summery, fresh flavours than our other Christmas cheeses.
Christmas Apple, Cinnamon & Raisin is a creamy Lancashire and often referred to as mince pie cheddar – for obvious reasons!
All of these flavoured cheeses are available in 1kg half moons.
