In the run up to Christmas we’ve picked out some of our festive favourites to highlight the fantastic range on offer this year. Today we highlight our range of meat products including turkey and cranberry pies, honeyroast ham and a selection of game pates perfect for entertaining friends and family this year.
Festive Flavoured Pies – Traditional hand raised pies have been part of our Christmas brochure for many years for good reason! Made using hot water pastry and traditional recipes these are a perfect addition to a party buffet. We have the following flavours available in cases of 10x454g: CHICKEN & HAM, GAME and TURKEY & CRANBERRY (please note all pies need to be pre-ordered by 25th November).
Back by popular demand the Chunk of Devon festive range is now available and includes the delicious PORK & CRANBERRY SAUSAGE ROLL, TURKEY & HAM PASTY, VENISON PIE and TURKEY, BRIE & CRANBERRY PIE. These are available in all formats.
Hams – Our hams are supplied from Kitto’s Devon Hams in Plymouth. Kitto’s have supplied us with their quality hams for years and are renowned throughout Devon for their tender, succulent and full flavoured hams. The PREMIUM HONEY ROAST is a perfect centre piece at this time of year, the delicious sweet-cured ham is glazed with Demerera sugar and honey before roasting. The PREMIUM DEVON HAM is also full flavoured with a great texture for slicing recommended for deli shops and butchers.
Pate – Our winter pate range is now available in both catering 1kg loaves and 200g retail slices. Again pate is a great addition for a buffet or dinner party this festive season or as a post party guilty snack spread on toast – delicious! Choose from succulent PHEASANT, VENISON and WILD BOAR pates alongside our regular range of ARDENNES, BRUSSELS, DUCK & ORANGE, FARMHOUSE, MUSHROOM and GARLIC PATES.
