Barber have been in the cheese making game since 1833, from this they have a wealth of experience when it comes to cheddars. Using milk from cows that have grazed on the lush pastures of Somerset and Dorset, the West Country pumps proudly through their veins. This mellow is quite mild as it has only been matured for around 4 months. Just because its mellow it doesn’t mean its not tasty, this versatile cheese is equally as great on crackers or on a pizza.
