W.F. Chinns produce some of the best pork chipolata sausages around. You can get much more local than this, based in Crediton as they have been for the last 40 year, Chinns are very well known throughout the southwest. They use the best quality local pork around to handmake their sausages. The chipolatas may look small, but they burst with flavour as much as their pork sausage counterpart. They fry up beautifully and can compliment a variety of dishes.
