Using milk from the farms pedigree herd, The Cornish Food Company make their cheese on site using traditional Dutch techniques. They aim for zero food miles in the supply chain, this method ensures you’re only getting the best ingredients, as its from them. The medium gouda is matured for 5-6 months to give it it’s smooth texture with a creamy and nutty flavour.
