Description
On the North Cornish coast sits Whalesborough Cheese. They use pasteurised cows and goats milk in their production. Keeping it simple they use milk churns to move the milk and tractor weights to help press the cheese. The Cornish Smuggler is worthy of sitting on a cheeseboard, even just for looks. The red marbling throughout it is stunning, and it will be loved by any cheddar lover. Beautiful deep and creamy flavour.
