Lynher Dairies produce this iconic cheese, the Cornish Yarg. Using their own Ayrshire and other carefully selected herds, they handmake all their cheeses. Wrapping the cheese in nettle leaves in a concentric circle pattern gives the a refreshing light flavour. Yarg has a fresh mushroomy taste with an irresistible crumble in the core.
