Ford Farm is a West Country Farmhouse cheesemaker idyllically located in the rolling Dorset Downs. They have been making cheddar for over forty years although the recipes and methods used in the making of their cheeses go back over 600 years. Cold smoked over oak chips for up to twelve hours, this cheese develops a mellow, smoky flavour, rich creamy texture and a distinctive amber colour.
