Jarlsberg is a mild cow’s milk cheese with large regular holes originating from Jarlsberg, Norway. It has a mild, nutty flavour and rich texture. Even though appearance wise it is similar to Emmental, Jarlsberg has a lot sweeter taste to it. Firm yet smooth, this cheese is ideal for snacking on, or to put in your sandwiches.
