Making around 70 tonnes of cheese a year, Sharpham is one of our popular local brands. Based right next to the river Dart, here in Devon, Sharpham have a wide variety of award winning cheeses. They use milk from their own Jersey cows and make all cheeses on site. Using the same process as the rustic, they add fresh garlic and chive to give it a lovely savoury flavour. A perfect cheeseboard companion.
