Description
Made in the 70’s in Scotland this Shropshire Blue initially had no links to Shropshire, but the name was chosen to increase popularity. Nowadays its made by the Shropshire Cheese Company and is famous for is deep orange-brown colour with blue veins striking through. Maturing for 10-12 weeks, the cheese has a sharp, strong flavour and is slightly creamier than traditional stilton.
