Jacksons is a third generation business based in Newton Abbot. They get their fish from the world famous Brixham Fish market and buy from day boats to ensure freshness and to reduce their carbon footprint and food miles. The smoked mackerel is smoked by them and it adds a real depth of flavour to the fish.
