Made in the mountainous region of Auvergne, France, Saint Agur is a double cream cheese that is ripened for 60 days. As it ages the cheese develops a stronger and spicier taste which sets it apart from traditional blue cheeses. As its very creamy its perfect for dips, or simply spread on some bread.
