Making around 70 tonnes of cheese a year, Sharpham is one of our popular local brands. Based right next to the river Dart, here in Devon, Sharpham have a wide variety of award winning cheeses. They use milk from their own Jersey cows and make all cheeses on site. The Ticklemore goat is a wonderful crisp white colour, with a firm texture. The mellow flavour gets interrupted with hints of lemon and herbs.
