Quickes Cheese is only a stones throw away from us here in Exeter. Based in Newton St Cyres, they use traditional methods of making clothbound cheese by hand and using milk from their farm right here in the South West. The cheese is slowly matured which creates a deeply satisfying flavour. The buttery cheddar is naturally matured for around 3 months. It has a subtle, clean aroma, full of the smooth richness of the Devonshire milk
